Ingredients
- 200 gurad dal soaked overnight
- 500 gplain yoghurt whisked
- 60 mltamarind chutney
- 40 mlgreen coriander chutney
- 5 groasted cumin powder
- 3 gred chilli powder
- 40 mloil for frying
Instructions
- Grind soaked dal to fluffy batter; season with salt.
- Deep-fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden; drain.
- Soak bhallas in warm water 10 min; squeeze gently.
- Arrange in bowl; cover with yoghurt; drizzle both chutneys.
- Sprinkle cumin and chilli; serve immediately.
