Ingredients

  • 200 gurad dal soaked overnight
  • 500 gplain yoghurt whisked
  • 60 mltamarind chutney
  • 40 mlgreen coriander chutney
  • 5 groasted cumin powder
  • 3 gred chilli powder
  • 40 mloil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind soaked dal to fluffy batter; season with salt.
  2. Deep-fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden; drain.
  3. Soak bhallas in warm water 10 min; squeeze gently.
  4. Arrange in bowl; cover with yoghurt; drizzle both chutneys.
  5. Sprinkle cumin and chilli; serve immediately.
