Ingredients

  • 500 gbeef chuck (cubed)
  • 4 piecegarlic cloves
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 25 mllime juice
  • 5 gpaprika
  • 3 gcumin
  • 7 gsalt
  • 3 gblack pepper
  • 3 gdried oregano
  • 1 mediumonion (chunked)
  • 1 piecebell pepper (chunked)

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef chuck (cubed)
  • 4 piece garlic cloves
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 5 g paprika
  • 3 g cumin
  • 7 g salt
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 3 g dried oregano
  • 1 medium onion (chunked)
  • 1 piece bell pepper (chunked)

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic, olive oil, lime juice, spices, and salt into a paste.
  2. Toss beef cubes in marinade. Let sit 30 minutes minimum.
  3. Thread beef, onion, and pepper onto metal skewers.
  4. Grill over high heat, turning every 2 minutes, for 8-10 minutes total.
  5. Serve with vinaigrette sauce, farofa, and bread.
