Ingredients
- 400 gflathead fillets
- 30 gunsalted butter, softened
- 5 gfresh tarragon, chopped
- 5 gfresh chives, snipped
- 1 tsplemon zest
- 10 mlolive oil
- 1 to tastesea salt and white pepper
Instructions
