- 200 gtiger prawns peeled
- 40 glaksa paste
- 400 mlcoconut milk
- 400 mlchicken stock
- 80 grice noodles
- 60 gtofu puffs
- 60 gbean sprouts
- 10 gsambal oelek
- 10 gfresh coriander
- 2 wholelime wedge
Ingredients
- 200 g tiger prawns peeled
- 40 g laksa paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 80 g rice noodles
- 60 g tofu puffs
- 60 g bean sprouts
- 10 g sambal oelek
- 10 g fresh coriander
- 2 whole lime wedge
Instructions
- Fry laksa paste in a large pot 2 min.
- Add coconut milk and stock; bring to simmer.
- Add tofu puffs; simmer 5 min.
- Add prawns; cook 3 min until pink.
- Soak noodles per packet instructions; divide in bowls.
- Ladle broth and prawns over noodles.
- Top with bean sprouts, coriander, sambal, and lime.
