  • 10 mlolive oil

  • 60 ml white wine
  • 15 g butter
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 2 g sea salt
  • 1 g black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season steak; sear 3 min per side for medium-rare; rest.
  2. Slice spring onions; sauté in butter 3 min.
  3. Add wine; reduce by half.
  4. Add cream; simmer 4 min.
  5. Slice steak; pour al verdeo sauce over.
