Ingredients

  • 600 gturkey mince
  • 320 gwholegrain spaghetti
  • 400 gtinned tomatoes
  • 1 mediumcourgette
  • 1 largecarrot
  • 1 largeonion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 30 gParmesan

Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey mince
  • 320 g wholegrain spaghetti
  • 400 g tinned tomatoes
  • 1 medium courgette
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti per packet. Grate courgette and carrot.
  2. Brown turkey in oil, add onion and garlic 3 minutes.
  3. Add grated veg, cook 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and oregano.
  4. Add tinned tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes. Season.
  5. Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan.
