Spiced Lamb Kofta with Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 450 glamb mince
  • 1.5 tspcumin
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 0.3 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbspfresh mint
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 150 gGreek yoghurt
  • 0.5 piececucumber
  • 1 tbspdill
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 piecespittas

Ingredients

  • 450 g lamb mince
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 piece cucumber
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pieces pittas

Instructions

  1. Mix lamb with spices, mint and grated garlic. Shape into 8 kofta on skewers.
  2. Grill or griddle 4 minutes each side until cooked through.
  3. Grate cucumber, squeeze out moisture, mix with yoghurt, dill, lemon for tzatziki.
  4. Warm pittas.
  5. Serve kofta with tzatziki and pittas.
