  • 250 gcottage cheese low-fat
  • 80 gstrawberries
  • 80 gblueberries
  • 40 glow-sugar granola
  • 2 tsphoney
  • 0.5 tspvanilla extract
  • 1fresh mint

Ingredients

  • 250 g cottage cheese low-fat
  • 80 g strawberries
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 40 g low-sugar granola
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • few leaves fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Stir vanilla extract into cottage cheese.
  2. Layer cottage cheese, granola and mixed berries in 2 glasses.
  3. Repeat layers, finishing with berries on top.
  4. Drizzle honey and add a mint leaf to each.
  5. Serve chilled.
