Ingredients
- 1 largefrozen banana
- 150 gfrozen mixed British berries
- 120 gGreek yoghurt
- 30 gvanilla whey protein
- 30 glow-sugar granola
- 1 tbsppeanut butter
- 50 gfresh strawberries
- 1 tspchia seeds
- 1 tsphoney
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana
- 150 g frozen mixed British berries
- 120 g Greek yoghurt
- 30 g vanilla whey protein
- 30 g low-sugar granola
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 g fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Blend frozen banana, frozen berries, yoghurt and whey protein until thick. Add minimal liquid if needed.
- Pour into a wide bowl — it should be thick enough to hold toppings.
- Arrange granola, peanut butter, sliced fresh strawberries and chia seeds on top.
- Drizzle honey. Serve immediately.
