  • 400 gcanned tuna in water
  • 8 unitstostadas
  • 2 unitsavocado
  • 45 mllime juice
  • 40 gpickled jalapeños
  • 80 gred onion
  • 150 gtomato
  • 15 gcilantro
  • 60 gmayonnaise
  • 10 mlhot sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g canned tuna in water
  • 8 units tostadas
  • 2 units avocado
  • 45 ml lime juice
  • 40 g pickled jalapeños
  • 80 g red onion
  • 150 g tomato
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 10 ml hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna, mix with lime juice, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro and jalapeños.
  2. Mash avocado with lime, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix mayo with hot sauce.
  4. Spread avocado cream on tostada, top with tuna mixture.
  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo, serve immediately.
