Ingredients
- 600 gchicken breast
- 2 unitssour lime (lima agria)
- 2 unitsregular lime
- 1 unithabanero chile
- 150 gonion
- 200 gtomato
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 1500 mlchicken broth
- 4 unitscorn tortillas
- 15 gcilantro
- 30 mlvegetable oil
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 units sour lime (lima agria)
- 2 units regular lime
- 1 unit habanero chile
- 150 g onion
- 200 g tomato
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1500 ml chicken broth
- 4 units corn tortillas
- 15 g cilantro
- 30 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Poach chicken in broth with half the onion, garlic and salt. Shred chicken.
- Sauté remaining onion, tomato and habanero in oil.
- Add the sauté to broth, squeeze in all lime juice.
- Return shredded chicken and simmer 10 min.
- Fry tortilla strips until crispy.
- Serve topped with crispy tortillas, cilantro and lime slices.
