Ingredients
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 whole hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 4 whole bacon strips, cooked
- 1 whole avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 4 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Make dressing: whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
