  • cream cheese, softened
  • jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • bacon strips
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • toothpicks

Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts (large)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 whole jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 whole bacon strips
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
  • 8 whole toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, jalapeños, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Butterfly each chicken breast (slice almost through horizontally).
  4. Stuff each breast with cream cheese mixture. Secure closed with toothpicks.
  5. Wrap each stuffed breast with 2 strips of bacon.
  6. Bake 22–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and bacon is crispy. Remove toothpicks before serving.
