- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 whole jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 whole bacon strips
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
- 8 whole toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix cream cheese, jalapeños, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Butterfly each chicken breast (slice almost through horizontally).
- Stuff each breast with cream cheese mixture. Secure closed with toothpicks.
- Wrap each stuffed breast with 2 strips of bacon.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and bacon is crispy. Remove toothpicks before serving.
