  • ground beef (80/20)
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • eggs
  • heavy cream
  • dill pickles, diced
  • yellow onion, diced
  • garlic powder
  • mustard powder
  • salt and pepper

  • 2 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 0.5 whole yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Brown beef with onion, garlic powder, and salt over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  3. Spread beef evenly in baking dish. Top with pickles and bacon.
  4. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and mustard powder. Pour over beef mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until egg is set and cheese is golden and bubbly.
