- 80 gstale bread soaked in milk
- 50 ggrated Pecorino
- 2 wholeeggs
- 700 mltomato passata
- 10 gbasil leaves
- 25 mlolive oil
Instructions
- Mix meats, bread, Pecorino, eggs, salt; form 20 meatballs.
- Brown in oil in batches; remove.
- Simmer passata with basil 10 min; add meatballs.
- Cook covered on low 50 min.
- Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
