  • 100 gground almonds
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 25 gvanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 2 tsplemon zest
  • 0.5 tspbaking powder
  • 1olive oil spray
  • 1 tsppowdered sugar (for dusting)

  • 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • spray olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with honey until pale. Fold in ground almonds, protein powder, lemon zest, and baking powder.
  2. Pour into small oiled cake tin (18cm). Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool, dust with powdered sugar. Serve in slices.
