- 1 medium headcauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 mediumpotatoes, cubed
- 1 mediumonion, diced
- 1 mediumtomatoes, diced
- 1 tspcumin seeds
- 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste
- 1 tspturmeric
- 1 tspcoriander powder
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tspsalt

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide pan; add cumin seeds and let sizzle.
- Add onion; sauté until golden, 5 minutes. Add garlic-ginger paste and cook 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt; cook until soft, 5 minutes.
- Add cauliflower and potato; toss well to coat in masala.
- Cover and cook on medium-low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala; toss and serve with roti or paratha.
