Ingredients
- 1500 gwhole chicken
- 4 wholecarrots
- 2 wholeleeks
- 3 wholecelery stalks
- 1 wholeturnip
- 1 wholebouquet garni (bay, thyme, parsley)
- 5 gsalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in large pot; cover with cold water; bring to boil; skim foam.
- Add all vegetables and bouquet garni; season generously.
- Simmer 80–90 min until chicken is tender.
