Ingredients
- 300 gcrozets pasta (buckwheat)
- 250 gReblochon or Raclette cheese sliced
- 150 gsmoked ham diced
- 1 wholeonion thinly sliced
- 150 mlcrème fraîche
- 20 gbutter
- 2 gnutmeg
Instructions
- Cook crozets in salted water per pack instructions; drain.
- Sweat onion in butter; add ham; cook 5 min.
- Mix crozets, onion, ham, crème fraîche, nutmeg; season.
- Pour into gratin dish; lay cheese on top.
- Bake 200°C 20 min until golden and bubbling.
