Ingredients

  • 300 gcrozets pasta (buckwheat)
  • 250 gReblochon or Raclette cheese sliced
  • 150 gsmoked ham diced
  • 1 wholeonion thinly sliced
  • 150 mlcrème fraîche
  • 20 gbutter
  • 2 gnutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook crozets in salted water per pack instructions; drain.
  2. Sweat onion in butter; add ham; cook 5 min.
  3. Mix crozets, onion, ham, crème fraîche, nutmeg; season.
  4. Pour into gratin dish; lay cheese on top.
  5. Bake 200°C 20 min until golden and bubbling.
