Ingredients
- 500 glean pork mince
- 200 gchicken liver
- 100 gbacon rashers
- 30 mlbrandy
- 6 gfresh thyme
- 2 wholebay leaves
- 2 wholegarlic cloves
- 2 wholeeggs
Instructions
- Blend liver until smooth; mix with pork, bacon, garlic, eggs, brandy, thyme.
- Line terrine with bacon; fill with meat mix; top with bay leaves.
- Cover with foil; place in water bath.
- Bake 160°C 70 min (internal temp 72°C).
- Cool; refrigerate 24h before slicing.
