- eggs
- bacon strips, cooked
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- avocado, sliced
- baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- butter
- garlic powder

Ingredients
- 6 oz sirloin steak, thin-sliced
- 4 whole eggs
- 3 whole bacon strips, cooked
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 whole avocado, sliced
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in 1 tbsp butter over high heat, 2–3 min. Rest.
- Sauté mushrooms in same pan with remaining butter until golden, 4–5 min.
- Scramble eggs to desired doneness in a separate pan.
- Build bowls: steak strips, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, mushrooms.
- Top with cheddar (it will melt over the hot food), avocado, and hot sauce.
- Eat immediately.
