  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • green onion, chopped
  • hot sauce
  • black pepper
  • cooking spray

  • 12 whole bacon slices
  • 12 whole eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 whole green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Line each muffin cup with one strip of bacon, pressing it along the sides.
  3. Crack one egg into each bacon cup.
  4. Top each with shredded cheddar and a few green onion pieces.
  5. Season with black pepper and a drop of hot sauce.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until eggs are set and bacon is crispy. Cool 5 minutes before removing.
