Ingredients

  • 90 gtapioca flour (hydrated)
  • 200 glean ground beef
  • 50 gbell pepper (green)
  • 50 gonion
  • 2 piecegarlic cloves
  • 40 gmozzarella cheese
  • 3 gcumin
  • 3 gpaprika
  • 4 gsalt
  • 10 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 90 g tapioca flour (hydrated)
  • 200 g lean ground beef
  • 50 g bell pepper (green)
  • 50 g onion
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 40 g mozzarella cheese
  • 3 g cumin
  • 3 g paprika
  • 4 g salt
  • 10 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, bell pepper, cumin, paprika, and salt in olive oil, 8-10 minutes.
  2. Spread hydrated tapioca in a dry nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook tapioca 2 minutes until firm and white. Flip for 30 seconds.
  4. Add beef filling on one half, top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold, press gently, and serve hot.
