Ingredients
- 300 gbeef sirloin strips
- 300 gsweet potato (cubed)
- 150 gblack beans (cooked)
- 1 mediumavocado
- 200 gbrown rice (cooked)
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 20 mllime juice
- 15 mlolive oil
- 5 gsalt
- 4 gpaprika
- 15 ggreen onion

- 300 g beef sirloin strips
- 300 g sweet potato (cubed)
- 150 g black beans (cooked)
- 1 medium avocado
- 200 g brown rice (cooked)
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 20 ml lime juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- 5 g salt
- 4 g paprika
- 15 g green onion
Instructions
- Roast sweet potato cubes with olive oil and salt at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- Season beef with salt, paprika, and garlic. Stir-fry in a hot pan 5-6 minutes.
- Warm black beans with a pinch of cumin and salt.
- Layer rice, beans, roasted sweet potato, and beef in a bowl.
- Top with sliced avocado, green onion, and lime juice.
