Ingredients
- 500 gbeef chuck (cubed)
- 4 piecegarlic cloves
- 20 mlolive oil
- 25 mllime juice
- 5 gpaprika
- 3 gcumin
- 7 gsalt
- 3 gblack pepper
- 3 gdried oregano
- 1 mediumonion (chunked)
- 1 piecebell pepper (chunked)
Ingredients
- 500 g beef chuck (cubed)
- 4 piece garlic cloves
- 20 ml olive oil
- 25 ml lime juice
- 5 g paprika
- 3 g cumin
- 7 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
- 3 g dried oregano
- 1 medium onion (chunked)
- 1 piece bell pepper (chunked)
Instructions
- Mix garlic, olive oil, lime juice, spices, and salt into a paste.
- Toss beef cubes in marinade. Let sit 30 minutes minimum.
- Thread beef, onion, and pepper onto metal skewers.
- Grill over high heat, turning every 2 minutes, for 8-10 minutes total.
- Serve with vinaigrette sauce, farofa, and bread.
