- 300 gblack beans (cooked)
- 300 gchicken breast
- 1 mediumonion
- 3 piecegarlic cloves
- 1 piecebay leaf
- 20 mlolive oil
- 5 gsalt
- 2 gturmeric
- 1 piecelime

- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 medium onion
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 1 piece bay leaf
- 20 ml olive oil
- 5 g salt
- 2 g turmeric
- 1 piece lime
Instructions
- Cook rice with garlic, salt, turmeric, and bay leaf in 2:1 water ratio.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and fry onion until golden. Add beans with their liquid and season.
- Season chicken breast with salt, garlic, and lime juice. Grill on medium-high for 6-7 min per side.
- Slice chicken and serve over rice and beans.
