- 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cup coleslaw mix
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Rub pork with smoked paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt.
- Slow cook on LOW 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours) until tender.
- Shred pork and mix with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar.
- Make quick coleslaw: toss coleslaw mix with Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
