Ingredients

  • 400 gchicken breasts
  • 2 wholewholegrain wraps
  • 1 wholeripe avocado
  • 100 groasted capsicum (from jar), sliced
  • 40 gbaby spinach
  • 40 glow-fat Greek yogurt
  • 15 mllemon juice
  • 3 gsmoked paprika
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 1 to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a griddle pan over medium-high; cook 5–6 min per side until cooked through. Slice.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm wraps on the griddle 30 sec each side.
  4. Spread Greek yogurt on each wrap, then smashed avocado. Layer spinach, capsicum, and sliced chicken.
  5. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve.
