Ingredients
- 400 gchicken breasts
- 2 wholewholegrain wraps
- 1 wholeripe avocado
- 100 groasted capsicum (from jar), sliced
- 40 gbaby spinach
- 40 glow-fat Greek yogurt
- 15 mllemon juice
- 3 gsmoked paprika
- 10 mlolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a griddle pan over medium-high; cook 5–6 min per side until cooked through. Slice.
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Warm wraps on the griddle 30 sec each side.
- Spread Greek yogurt on each wrap, then smashed avocado. Layer spinach, capsicum, and sliced chicken.
- Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve.
