  • 200 ggrass-fed beef mince
  • 4 gwattleseed powder
  • 1 wholebrown onion
  • 40 gSwiss cheese
  • 50 groasted red capsicum
  • 1 wholebrioche bun
  • 10 gbutter
  • 2 gsea salt

  • 200 g grass-fed beef mince
  • 4 g wattleseed powder
  • 1 whole brown onion
  • 40 g Swiss cheese
  • 50 g roasted red capsicum
  • 1 whole brioche bun
  • 10 g butter
  • 2 g sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix beef mince with wattleseed and salt; form into patty.
  2. Caramelise onion in butter over low heat 25 min.
  3. Grill patty on high 4 min per side; melt cheese last minute.
  4. Toast brioche bun.
  5. Build: bun base, capsicum, patty, onion jam, bun top.
