- 200 gbeef sirloin thin-sliced
- 150 gbok choy
- 15 gfresh ginger
- 2 wholegarlic cloves
- 30 mlhoisin sauce
- 15 mlsoy sauce
- 5 mlsesame oil
- 15 mlvegetable oil
- 150 gsteamed jasmine rice
Ingredients
- 200 g beef sirloin thin-sliced
- 150 g bok choy
- 15 g fresh ginger
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 30 ml hoisin sauce
- 15 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 150 g steamed jasmine rice
Instructions
- Heat wok to very high heat with oil.
- Stir-fry beef in batches 1–2 min; remove.
- Stir-fry garlic and ginger 30 sec.
- Add bok choy; stir-fry 2 min.
- Return beef; add hoisin and soy sauce.
- Finish with sesame oil; serve over rice.
