Ingredients

  • 800 gchicken pieces bone-in
  • 2 wholewhite onion
  • 3 wholetomatoes
  • 1 wholegreen capsicum
  • 80 ggreen olives
  • 120 mlwhite wine
  • 4 wholegarlic cloves
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 3 gdried oregano

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken pieces bone-in
  • 2 whole white onion
  • 3 whole tomatoes
  • 1 whole green capsicum
  • 80 g green olives
  • 120 ml white wine
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 3 g dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken pieces in oil on high heat; remove.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic 5 min.
  3. Add capsicum and tomatoes; cook 5 min.
  4. Add chicken, wine, and oregano; cover.
  5. Simmer over low heat 35 min.
  6. Add olives last 5 min.
  7. Serve with crusty bread.
