  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 2 gsea salt
  • 20 gParmesan

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil 5 min.
  2. Add beef; cook 8 min until browned.
  3. Add passata, oregano, and salt.
  4. Simmer 20 min until thickened.
  5. Cook spaghetti al dente; drain.
  6. Serve with tuco sauce; top with Parmesan.
