Ingredients
- 300 gpulled pork shoulder (pre-cooked)
- 100 gplain flour
- 2 wholeeggs
- 100 mlmilk
- 1 mediumapple
- 100 gred cabbage
- 1 tbspcider vinegar
- 1 tspEnglish mustard
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tbspBBQ sauce
Ingredients
- 300 g pulled pork shoulder (pre-cooked)
- 100 g plain flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 medium apple
- 100 g red cabbage
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven 220°C. Put 1 tsp oil in two large oven dishes and heat until smoking.
- Whisk flour, eggs and milk to smooth batter. Pour into hot dishes.
- Bake 18 minutes without opening oven until puffed and golden.
- Shred cabbage and apple, toss with vinegar and seasoning for slaw.
- Warm pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
- Fill Yorkshires immediately with pork and slaw. Drizzle mustard and serve.
