Ingredients

  • 150 ghoney-roast ham slices
  • 60 gmature Cheddar
  • 2 wholehard-boiled eggs
  • 1 mediumapple
  • 6 piecespickled onions
  • 2 tbspBranston pickle
  • 8 pieceswholegrain crackers
  • 1mixed salad leaves
  • 1 tspEnglish mustard

Ingredients

  • 150 g honey-roast ham slices
  • 60 g mature Cheddar
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 medium apple
  • 6 pieces pickled onions
  • 2 tbsp Branston pickle
  • 8 pieces wholegrain crackers
  • handful mixed salad leaves
  • 1 tsp English mustard

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, cool and halve.
  2. Slice apple into wedges, Cheddar into chunks.
  3. Arrange all components on a wide bowl or board.
  4. Add mustard and pickle on the side.
  5. Serve as a sharing platter or individual bowl.
