Ingredients

  • 80 grolled oats
  • 30 gvanilla whey protein
  • 2 wholeeggs
  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 100 gstrawberries
  • 80 gblueberries
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup
  • 1coconut oil spray

Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 30 g vanilla whey protein
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • few sprays coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, whey, eggs, cottage cheese and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Heat non-stick pan over medium, spray with oil.
  3. Pour small rounds of batter, cook 2 minutes each side.
  4. Hull strawberries, halve.
  5. Stack pancakes, top with mixed berries and maple syrup.
