Ingredients

  • 4 largelamb chops
  • 2 tbspmint jelly
  • 2 sprigsfresh rosemary
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 1salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 4 large lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp mint jelly
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix mint jelly, mustard, lemon juice, crushed garlic and oil for glaze.
  2. Score fat on chops, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush half the glaze on chops.
  4. Grill or griddle on high heat 4 minutes each side.
  5. Brush remaining glaze on in last minute. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
