Ingredients
- 500 gchicken breast
- 100 gGreek yoghurt
- 2 tbsptikka masala paste
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 2 largeflatbreads
- 0.5 piececucumber
- 2 tbspmint
- 0.5 piecered onion
- 1fresh coriander
- 2 pieceslemon wedges
- 1 tspchilli sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 large flatbreads
- 0.5 piece cucumber
- 2 tbsp mint
- 0.5 piece red onion
- handful fresh coriander
- 2 pieces lemon wedges
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
Instructions
- Mix half the yoghurt with tikka paste and lemon. Cube chicken, marinate 15 minutes.
- Thread on skewers. Grill or griddle 6 minutes each side.
- Grate cucumber, mix with remaining yoghurt and mint for raita.
- Warm flatbreads.
- Fill with chicken, raita, sliced red onion, coriander and chilli. Add lemon juice.
