Ingredients
- 600 gwhite fish fillets (tilapia or cod)
- 12 unitscorn tortillas
- 120 gall-purpose flour
- 240 mllight beer
- 5 gbaking powder
- 200 gcabbage, shredded
- 100 mlMexican cream
- 1 unitchipotle in adobo
- 3 unitslime
- 500 mlvegetable oil
Ingredients
- 600 g white fish fillets (tilapia or cod)
- 12 units corn tortillas
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 240 ml light beer
- 5 g baking powder
- 200 g cabbage, shredded
- 100 ml Mexican cream
- 1 unit chipotle in adobo
- 3 units lime
- 500 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Make batter: whisk flour, beer and baking powder until smooth.
- Season fish with salt, dip in batter.
- Fry in 180°C oil until golden, about 4 min.
- Blend chipotle with cream for chipotle crema.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, chipotle crema and lime.
