  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 2 unitslime
  • 15 gparsley
  • 60 mlwhite wine
  • 5 gsalt

  • 60 g butter
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 units lime
  • 15 g parsley
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 5 g salt

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high.
  2. Toast chile de arbol, add thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden.
  3. Add shrimp in single layer, cook 90 seconds per side.
  4. Deglaze with white wine, squeeze lime over shrimp.
  5. Toss with parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
