- 300 gground turkey
- 1 largeegg
- 20 gParmigiano Reggiano
- 2 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 unitgarlic clove (minced)
- 20 goat flour
- 300 gcrushed tomatoes
- 4 leavesfresh basil
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 300 g ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 20 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 unit garlic clove (minced)
- 20 g oat flour
- 300 g crushed tomatoes
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix turkey, egg, Parmigiano, parsley, garlic, oat flour, salt, and pepper. Roll into walnut-sized balls.
- Brown meatballs in olive oil, 2 minutes per side.
- Add tomatoes and basil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
