- 100 mlmilk (1%)
- 20 gvanilla protein powder
- 1.5 unitgelatin sheets
- 1 tsphoney
- 100 gfresh raspberries
- 1 tsplemon juice
Ingredients
- 150 g Greek yogurt 0%
- 100 ml milk (1%)
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 unit gelatin sheets
- 1 tsp honey
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak gelatin. Heat milk with honey. Add softened gelatin, stir until dissolved.
- Blend with yogurt and protein powder. Pour into molds. Chill 3 hours.
- Blend raspberries with lemon for coulis. Unmold panna cotta and spoon coulis over.
