- 150 gshrimp (peeled)
- 150 gcalamari rings
- 100 gzucchini
- 30 grice flour
- 1 unitlemon
- 1olive oil spray
- 1sea salt
- 0.5 tspchili flakes
- 2 tbspfresh parsley

- 150 g calamari rings
- 100 g zucchini
- 30 g rice flour
- 1 unit lemon
- spray olive oil spray
- to taste sea salt
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- Toss seafood and zucchini slices in rice flour, shake off excess. Spray with oil.
- Spread on lined baking tray. Bake at 220°C for 18 minutes, turning once.
- Season with sea salt, chili, and parsley. Squeeze lemon over.
