- 300 gcod fillets
- 200 gcrushed tomatoes
- 30 gblack olives
- 1 tbspcapers
- 2 unitgarlic cloves
- 2 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 tspolive oil
- 0.5 tspchili flakes
- 1salt and pepper

- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 30 g black olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Sauté garlic and chili in oil. Add tomatoes, olives, and capers. Cook 8 minutes.
- Place cod in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over.
- Bake at 190°C for 18 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
