Ingredients
- 1 gfresh spinach
- 1 gpaneer, cubed
- 1 largeonion, diced
- 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste
- 1 wholegreen chilies
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 1 tbspcream or yogurt
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tspsalt
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 300 g paneer, cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- 2 whole green chilies
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp cream or yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blanch spinach in boiling water 2 minutes; drain and blend with green chilies to a smooth puree.
- Pan-fry paneer cubes in oil until golden; set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan; sauté onion until golden, add garlic-ginger paste and cook 2 minutes.
- Add spinach puree and garam masala; stir and simmer 8 minutes.
- Stir in cream, add fried paneer, and heat through 3 minutes.
- Adjust salt and serve hot with makki roti or naan.
