Ingredients
- 1 gpaneer, crumbled
- 1 mediumonion, finely diced
- 1 mediumtomato, finely diced
- 1 wholegreen chili, minced
- 1 tspcumin seeds
- 1 tspturmeric
- 1 tspred chili powder
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tbspcilantro, chopped
- 1 tspsalt
Ingredients
- 300 g paneer, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 medium tomato, finely diced
- 1 whole green chili, minced
- 0.5 tsp cumin seeds
- 0.25 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide pan; add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add onion and green chili; sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add tomato and all spice powders; cook until tomato softens, 3 minutes.
- Add crumbled paneer, stir well to combine with masala.
- Cook on medium heat 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with cilantro. Serve with pav (bread rolls), paratha, or as is.
