Ingredients
- 1 cuprolled oats
- 1 cupswhole milk or oat milk
- 1 cupwater
- 1 bagblack tea (1 bag or 1 tsp loose)
- 1 podscardamom pods, crushed
- 1 tspginger, grated
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 1 tbspjaggery or sugar
- 1 wholecloves
- 1 wholebanana or dates for topping
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups whole milk or oat milk
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 bag black tea (1 bag or 1 tsp loose)
- 3 pods cardamom pods, crushed
- 0.5 tsp ginger, grated
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 tbsp jaggery or sugar
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 whole banana or dates for topping
Instructions
- Simmer water with tea bag, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves for 3 minutes.
- Add milk; bring to a gentle boil; remove tea bag.
- Add oats and jaggery; stir and cook on medium heat 5 minutes until creamy.
- Pour into bowls and top with sliced banana, a pinch of cinnamon, and a drizzle of jaggery syrup.
