Ingredients

  • 1 purishollow puris (papdi)
  • 1 smallpotatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cupplain yogurt, whisked
  • 1 tbsptamarind chutney
  • 1 tbspgreen chutney
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 cupsev
  • 1 tbsppomegranate seeds
  • 1 tspsalt

  • 20 puris hollow puris (papdi)
  • 2 small potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, whisked
  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • 0.25 cup sev
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potato with a pinch of salt and chaat masala.
  2. Gently crack a hole in the top of each puri; fill with a small spoonful of potato.
  3. Add a dollop of whisked yogurt into each puri.
  4. Drizzle tamarind and green chutneys over.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, sev, and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Serve immediately — eat in one bite for the full flavor burst.
