- 300 gplain flour
- 4 wholeeggs
- 100 mlmilk
- 200 gEmmental grated
- 2 wholeonions thinly sliced
- 30 gbutter
- 2 gnutmeg
Instructions
- Beat flour, eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg to smooth batter.
- Push batter through a colander into boiling salted water; boil 2 min; drain.
