Ingredients
- 700 gbeef chuck diced
- 3 wholeonions sliced
- 20 gsweet paprika powder
- 400 mlbeef stock
- 30 gtomato paste
- 5 gcaraway seeds
- 20 mlrapeseed oil
- 4 gmarjoram dried
Instructions
- Brown beef in batches in oil; set aside.
- Fry onions until golden; add paprika, caraway, marjoram.
- Stir in tomato paste; return beef; pour in stock.
- Simmer covered 80 min until beef is tender.
- Season and serve with bread dumplings or rye bread.
