Ingredients
- 700 gfree-range chicken pieces
- 1 largeonion
- 4 piecegarlic cloves
- 2 mediumtomatoes
- 1 piecebell pepper (green)
- 2 mediumpotato
- 20 mlolive oil
- 2 piecebay leaves
- 7 gsalt
- 15 gparsley
- 500 mlwater
Ingredients
- 700 g free-range chicken pieces
- 1 large onion
- 4 piece garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 piece bell pepper (green)
- 2 medium potato
- 20 ml olive oil
- 2 piece bay leaves
- 7 g salt
- 15 g parsley
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- Brown chicken pieces in olive oil on all sides over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, garlic, pepper, and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes.
- Pour in water and add bay leaves. Bring to boil.
- Add potato, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 35-40 minutes until very tender.
- Season, garnish with parsley, and serve with rice.
